For reasons of hygiene, no returns will be accepted if the product is taken out of its blister packaging.

If a product does not suit you and you finally want to return it, just contact us at [email protected] within 14 days: Return by parcel post. (article L.121-16 of the Consumer Code)

 

– Please note that the return costs will be charged to the sender.
However, products that have been purchased on sale or with a promotional code, incomplete, worn, damaged or soiled are not taken back or refunded: you will lose your right of withdrawal and the product will be returned to you, at your expense. In the case of the return of a product that is part of an order comprising several items, the initial shipping costs will not be refunded.

The refund of the product(s) will be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of your return package. The refund is made according to the method of payment used when the order was placed to the billing address of the order. The totality of the sums paid will be returned to you as soon as the entire order is returned.
The return parcel’s shipping costs remain at your expense. You can pay the return shipping costs directly to the transporter you will choose.
